Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Lead and manage a team of security personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to handle various security situations.
  • Monitor and Maintain Security Operations: Conduct regular site visits to ensure security protocols are being followed, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and Implement Security Policies: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement security policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide Technical Advice and Support: Offer guidance and support to security personnel on security-related matters, including emergency response and crisis management.
  • Manage Security Budget and Resources: Oversee the security budget and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to support security operations.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as HR and Operations, to ensure a cohesive and effective security program.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
