Job Title: Senior User Experience Architect for Digital Product Development

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

About the Role:

FoilsCon is seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience (UX) Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in designing and developing user-centered digital products that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of complex digital services from concept to production, ensuring a high bar for user experience standards and performance measures
  • Create effective user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, iterating upon them in accordance with user testing
  • Design user interfaces for various projects, such as digital displays, publications, media, and other creative materials
  • Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly testing and iterating designs
  • Conceive and conduct user research interviews and surveys, translating findings into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in creating design deliverables, such as mood boards, collaboration boards, empathy maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • A solid understanding of generative and evaluative user research methods and how user research can be incorporated continuously in the digital product lifecycle
  • Experience researching and applying industry best practices to support design deliverables
  • The ability to incorporate web analytics, visitor feedback, performance metrics, and other data to inform design decisions
  • Practice providing rationale for design decisions in group settings with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with Figma and XD studio, coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
