Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Salsify Solutions Architect to join our team at Flywheel Digital. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for developing expertise in the Salsify platform and utilizing strong project management skills to execute multiple client projects and deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Salsify platform and its features.
  • Manage and execute multiple client projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements.
  • Develop and implement Salsify strategies that support efficient data storage and transfer across systems.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues, working across different teams and users to resolve them.
  • Track hours utilization and project progress, identifying and addressing concerns or issues early on.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and clients on project progress and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to add services or features in Salsify, supporting the growth of our partnership and sales team efforts.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience managing client relationships, ideally with a consulting background.
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable being customer-facing with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and able to anticipate client needs and potential issues.
  • Knowledge of the Salsify platform is preferred but not required.
