About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing complex internal and external user-facing tools to support advertisers, agencies, and marketers on our Helios Media Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Frame problems and opportunities by leveraging existing data and research, as well as identifying when primary research is needed.
  • Design and develop user interfaces that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to help colleagues reach a shared understanding of problems and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of our design system and ensure consistency across all products.
  • Test and learn through usability testing and generative research to refine design solutions.
  • Hand-off design artifacts to engineers for implementation and measure the performance of designs post-launch.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product design, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and their application in a product design context.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
