About the Role:

Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our Real World Evidence (RWE) strategy. This role will be responsible for shaping and delivering RWE strategies across various therapeutic areas, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement RWE strategies to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Lead partnerships with external vendors and internal teams to access and analyze data.
  • Provide scientific expertise in shaping and developing RWE solutions across therapeutic areas.
  • Stay up-to-date with RWE trends and innovative methodologies, applying this knowledge to J&J RWE projects.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Pharmacoepidemiology, Data Science, or Outcomes Research.
  • Experience in shaping and delivering RWE strategies from concept to dissemination.
  • Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals or leadership in RWE field.
  • Ability to manage outcomes research studies and apply health economics, patient-reported outcomes, and retrospective data analyses.
