Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at TAQWA PRODUCT INC. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Assign tasks and duties to team members to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Merchandise Management
    • Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
    • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Store Operations
    • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language.
