Financial Data Analyst Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Data Analyst Assistant to join our team at KUMON. This is a permanent position with 30 hours of work per week and a competitive salary.
Job Description:The Financial Data Analyst Assistant will be responsible for maintaining and balancing financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and calculating fixed assets and depreciation. The successful candidate will also be required to reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They should also be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field. They should also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills.
