Operations Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our regional teams and drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, hospitality, or culinary management and possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to regional operations teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Team Development: Mentor and train direct reports to enhance their skills and capabilities, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the Regional Operations Director to develop and implement financial plans and budgeting strategies to meet operational and financial targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary education in hospitality, culinary, management, or business-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of operations or hospitality management experience, with a proven track record of leadership and problem-solving.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in multi-unit management and cloud accounting software.
