As a key member of our estate settlement and planning team, you will be responsible for managing professional estate trustee files, communicating with government agencies and financial institutions, and performing legal research.
As an Estate Administration Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company that is disrupting the estate settlement industry. You will be part of a team that is passionate about making estate settlement easy and accessible for families across North America.
Key Responsibilities- Manage professional estate trustee files, including asset discovery and documents required for probate.
- Communicate with government agencies and financial institutions.
- Perform legal research and provide expert advice to the team.
- Collaborate with the Product team to build our estate settlement and estate planning product.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the Product team to improve the quality of the ClearEstate platform.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Knowledgeable in the wills & estates area, with STEP certification in Estates and Trust administration an asset.
- Customer-centric and collaborative with a positive attitude.
