Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Estate and Trust team in managing client relationships and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to Estate and Trust specialists, including scheduling appointments, preparing documentation, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Estate and Trust industry.
  • Industry accreditation (Certificate in Estate and Trust Administration) would be an asset.

Language Requirements:

The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French, as they will be working closely with other groups from head office who operate primarily in English, and will report to a manager from head office who is an English speaker.
