Job Title: Regional Estate Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Estate and Trust team in managing client relationships and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Estate and Trust specialists, including preparing documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business development strategies to grow the Estate and Trust business.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in estate and trust planning.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Estate and Trust industry.
  • Industry accreditation (Certificate in Estate and Trust Administration) is an asset.
