Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at All Nations Trust Company. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the business operations team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.
  • Coordinate and oversee office administrative tasks, including supply ordering and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
