Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping
    • Accurately calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and efficient payment to employees.
    • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining a thorough understanding of our organization's financial assets.
    • Keep detailed financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
    • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, providing a clear picture of our organization's financial health.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Post journal entries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, providing valuable insights for management and stakeholders.
    • Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
    • Prepare trial balance of books, verifying the accuracy of our financial records.
