M&P Truck & Trailer Repairs Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements. You will also be responsible for posting journal entries, preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports, and preparing tax returns. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts and preparing trial balance of books.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
