The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to personal and team performance, build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues, and bring a great attitude and desire to achieve and contribute to the team.

As a Solution Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with other team members to achieve business goals.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of retail/sales/hospitality experience and be available to work days, evenings, and weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
