Pricing Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular product cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product costing within Legend's ERP system.
- Analyze manufacturing and production processes to determine accurate costs and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Assist in setting competitive sell prices to customers based on cost analysis and market trends.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Review inventory variance reports and conduct root-cause analysis on all discrepancies to prevent inventory inaccuracies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in implementing solutions to improve profitability.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to pricing and cost management.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation is considered an asset.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Minimum of two years of previous experience working with ERP systems and accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
