Your Role

As a Solution Specialist, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure seamless transactions. You will also contribute to achieving sales targets, promoting products and services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to personal and team performance, build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues, and bring a great attitude and desire to achieve and contribute to the Team. A minimum of 1 year of retail/sales/hospitality experience is required, as well as flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends. Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status is required for this role.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of approximately $17.20 per hour, plus benefits, including dental care, on-site parking, paid time off, store discount, vision care, and wellness program.
