Senior Banking Specialist

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (based on experience and location)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Personal and Commercial Banking department, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients and delivering exceptional banking experiences.

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized advice and solutions
• Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive support
• Identify sales and referral opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information as necessary
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to remain knowledgeable and competitive

• Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it
• Demonstrated passion for putting clients first and success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
• Problem-solving and people skills with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
