Commercial Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and support to commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, marketing, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business development initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and recommendations.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company initiatives, products, and services.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field an asset.
