Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Barry Callebaut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain to ensure customer fulfillment, service delivery, and stock performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, ordering, and stock control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including food safety and employee safety.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, or project management.
- BA/BS degree in business or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret operational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Excel, MRP, SAP, and WMS.
