Supply Chain Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Barry Callebaut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing our supply chain to ensure customer fulfillment, service, delivery, and stock performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock performance, and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, and project management.
- BA/BS degree in business or related field.
- Proven track record of success in supply chain optimization, inventory management, and logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
