Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain effective inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including food safety and employee safety standards.
  • Participate in project teams to drive process improvements and implement new technologies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, vendor management, and project management.
  • BA/BS degree in business or related field.
