About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Consultant to join our team at Numerator. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for our Fortune 100 and fast-growing strategic customers, providing expert guidance and support to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Utilize Numerator's consumer panel and survey data to deliver actionable insights and data-driven stories that inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, leveraging your expertise in consumer insights and market research.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver thought leadership content, including webinars, training materials, and blog posts, to showcase Numerator's expertise and thought leadership in the market.
  • Travel as required to support client engagements and business development activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (required) or Master's Degree (preferred) with 3+ years relevant experience in CPG, market research, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, with a deep understanding of consumer insights and market research.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience with Python and SQL a plus.
