Job Summary

The Senior Consumer Insights Manager will play a key role in shaping the strategies for Canada's favorite QSR brand. This role involves uncovering and articulating meaningful insights to grow Canadians' connection with the brand and create the best menu and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a forward-thinking research plan to support the 3-year strategy
  • Proactively identify business issues and bring fresh perspectives to address opportunities
  • Influence key stakeholders and ensure insights are incorporated into decision-making
  • Take ownership of projects and actively seek new research methodologies
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners and research suppliers
  • Lead the development, execution, and evaluation of custom research projects
  • Present results to key stakeholders with strong storytelling and recommendations
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in a consumer insights position, with client-side experience an asset
  • Experience leading custom research projects and market research skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a passion for the consumer
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
