About the Role

As the Director of Consumer Insights, you will spearhead a dynamic team dedicated to understanding consumer behavior and translating those insights into actionable strategies that drive growth for our brands. You'll be a key partner to our Marketing leadership, ensuring a consumer-centric approach permeates every aspect of our business.

Your Impact

  • Strategic Visionary: Collaborate with the Business Unit President and Marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive consumer insights agenda that aligns with our overall business objectives.
  • Growth Catalyst: Identify emerging consumer trends, uncover unmet needs, and pinpoint growth opportunities across our diverse portfolio of brands.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: Leverage quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to generate actionable insights that inform marketing strategies, product development, and brand positioning.
  • Team Leader & Mentor: Cultivate a high-performing team of consumer insights professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic consumer research, with a proven track record of driving impactful business outcomes.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep understanding of various research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative techniques, as well as syndicated data sources.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to diverse audiences.
