Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned banking professional to lead our Commercial Banking team in Ontario. As a Strategic Banking Leader, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and overseeing team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Team Leadership
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
Market Analysis
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Canadian financial services market
Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business
Communication
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with senior leaders, stakeholders, and team members
  • Provide regular updates on business performance and market trends
Requirements
