Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Financial Leader to join our Corporate Revenue team at the Bank of Montreal. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise on financial matters to support business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of relevant experience in finance or a related field.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seasoned expert with extensive industry knowledge.
  • Technical leader viewed as a thought leader for innovation.
  • Verbal & written communication skills - Expert.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills - Expert.
  • Influence skills - Expert.
  • Collaboration & team skills; with a focus on cross-group collaboration - Expert.
  • Able to manage ambiguity.
  • Data-driven decision making - Expert.
What We Offer

The Bank of Montreal offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 CAD to $200,000 CAD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
