Retail Store Supervisor

At BC LTD dba City Furniture & Appliances Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, teaching interest or professional development courses, and overseeing payroll administration.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, supervising and co-ordinating activities of workers, and resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
