Retail Store Supervisor

BC LTD dba City Furniture & Appliances Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Teach and Develop: Teach interest or professional development courses to our sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Scheduling and Payroll: Establish work schedules and oversee payroll administration to ensure that our team is paid accurately and on time.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of flexibility and reliability.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
