Retail Store Manager

Merritt Liquor Store is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves the store satisfied.
- Maintain Store Standards: Ensure that the store meets company standards for appearance, cleanliness, and customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
