We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to join our team for an onsite contract in Winnipeg, MB.

About the Job

This role is responsible for leading quality assurance activities on development and maintenance projects with our client. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to validate front-end and back-end systems, understand business and system requirements, and develop testing strategies.

  • Deliver high-quality test plans, test cases, and test deliverables following industry standards and best practices;
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, document them, and validate fixes;
Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in software quality assurance;
  • Broad IT domain experience in areas such as application development, enterprise architecture, project management, quality assurance, infrastructure, and maintenance and support;
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills;

You should have hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Jira, TestRail, Source Code control tools (Git, BitBucket), and automation testing tools (SmartBear Testing Suite, SOAP UI, Postman).

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum
