Outside Sales Representative - London Region Opportunity

Avizia RH is seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to take charge of the London territory and beyond. This role offers a unique chance to thrive under the guidance of an experienced manager who values open communication, champions autonomy, and is committed to seeing you succeed.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and acquiring new clients within the assigned territory, focusing on rental companies and end users.
  • Maintaining regular contact with existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
  • Dynamically showcasing the company's products and services in a convincing and engaging manner.
  • Working diligently to meet and exceed sales targets while effectively managing your time between travel and follow-ups.
  • Providing outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven experience in outside sales, ideally in the excavation, agriculture, or construction sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be proactive in managing your territory.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

We offer a competitive salary package with a minimum total compensation of $150,000 (base salary + commissions on all sales within the territory), a company vehicle, 4 weeks of vacation, comprehensive group insurance, and opportunities for professional development and ongoing training.
