About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Merchandising Specialist to work independently at one retail location, approximately 5-6 hours per week. As a key member of our national sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for maintaining sections, restocking, and ensuring the display of flowers and plants is visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform merchandising tasks at one retail store
  • Maintain sections, including restocking and ensuring dead plants are removed
  • Address out-of-stock issues and clean sections
  • Water plants and flowers, and submit daily visit reports
  • Visit the store twice a week and maintain a good relationship with the store manager

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 25lbs, previous merchandising experience is an asset, and a smartphone with internet access is required. Your home location should be within 10KM of the retail store.
