We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Interior Display Specialist to join our team at Structube. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will play a critical role in creating engaging store displays that drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary, starting at $40,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance, telemedicine, and discounts at various merchants. Additionally, you will enjoy a 25% discount on all regular-priced items sold in-store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing window displays that maximize sales potential and attract customers
  • Assist the Visual Merchandiser in daily tasks and projects
  • Lift boxes and place products in designated areas within the store
  • Plan displays based on merchandise arrivals, inventory volume, and seasonal trends
  • Support the sales team and ensure product locations comply with health and safety measures
