Role Summary


We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate - Retail Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members.


Job Description


Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for:



  • Ensuring seamless warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and stocking merchandise
  • Maintaining a safe and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and guidelines
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborating with the retail team to achieve sales goals, visual merchandising objectives, and operational efficiency

Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity standards
