Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

Pramukh Petroleum Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize payments, manage cash handling, and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with the retail operations team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Language:

The primary language of communication is English.

Work Hours:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work 30 hours per week.
