Corporate Sales Director

POPULAR TIRES SALES & SERVICE INC. is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to staff.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment to staff.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the sales department operates within budget.
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure effective sales coverage.
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
- Recruit, organize, train and manage staff to ensure the sales department has the necessary resources to meet sales targets.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Work in a fast-paced sales environment with tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure to meet sales targets.
