Job Title: Vice President of Sales

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Sales to join our team at Personnel Search Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, direct, and challenge the sales team to secure growth opportunities in line with business objectives.
  • Provide leadership, support, and direction, as well as define succession plans for key sales roles to ensure organizational resilience and continuity in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Act as a crucial liaison between customers, terminal operations, and cross-functional departments, fostering seamless collaboration to optimize sales performance.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of industry trends, developments, and shifts to refine customer engagement strategies, identify lucrative business prospects, and mitigate potential risks for a sustained competitive advantage.
  • Spearhead the development and refinement of sales and lead generation strategies, conduct comprehensive sales performance analyses, and craft compelling value propositions and pricing strategies to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Play a strategic role in cultivating and influencing decision-makers across all key customer accounts, driving crucial business alliances, and fostering sustained growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 10+ years in sales management, with 5+ years at the executive level, preferably within the transportation/trucking industry.
  • Exceptional multi-dimensional business acumen, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and confidence to navigate complex landscapes and drive strategic initiatives.
