Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Simply Fresh. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve market positioning
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
