Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our company's rapid growth by managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for various roles across the company.
- Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidates efficiently.
- Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends and implement best practices to enhance the hiring process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Proven success in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Flexible working environment with some remote work options.
