Job Summary
This role provides critical administrative support to the Human Resources department, playing a vital part in maintaining efficient office operations and promoting a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. This position involves working closely with the HR Manager and other departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:

* Providing administrative support to the HR department and President
* Assisting in the preparation and coordination of meetings and events
* Coordinating employee recognition and award programs
* Maintaining accurate employee records and managing attendance processes
* Preparing and submitting necessary HR documents

Required Skills
To excel in this role, you will need:

* A college diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
* One to three years of relevant work experience as an administrative assistant
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong organizational skills
* Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and long periods of seated and computer work
