Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Research Specialist to support our research department. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for project planning, data collection, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for project planning and coordination
- Assist in data collection, organization, and analysis
- Support stakeholder engagement and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain research databases
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives

Requirements:
- A university degree with at least 2 years' experience in a similar environment
- Strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with various teams within an organization
- Comfortable dealing with senior executives and government officials
