Business Development Manager, Walmart and Giant Tiger

As a National Account Manager at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth for Walmart and Giant Tiger. This role requires a strong understanding of customer strategies, business plans, and practices to optimize business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of Walmart and Giant Tiger customer strategies, business plans, and practices to optimize business results.
- Build business cases and gain customer alignment to sales and profit targets that support internal business objectives.
- Ensure pricing, distribution, and shelf fundamentals are in place to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop creative solutions to meet both internal and external expectations.
- Lead and develop a team of professionals to drive business results and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- University degree in a business discipline.
- Ability to multitask and effectively handle several projects/priorities.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in influencing cross-functional business partners and executive decision makers.
- Proven financial acumen and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
- Highly motivated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.
