Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Walmart and Giant Tiger customer strategies and business plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Manage and analyze sales and profit data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and execute customer plans to meet sales and profit targets
  • Ensure pricing, distribution, and shelf fundamentals are in place
  • Forecast management and stakeholder communication
  • Enable execution of customer plans through effective communication and collaboration
  • Leverage category and shopper insights to develop sell stories
  • Active P&L management and collaboration with cross-functional partners
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • University degree in a business discipline
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
  • Strategic thinking and influencing skills
  • Financial acumen and analytical skills
  • Self-starting individual with a track record of success
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
