We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Professional to join our team at Chef Cho Restaurant Ltd. as a Senior Kitchen Manager.
About the RoleIn this key leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring that high-quality food is prepared and served to our customers in a timely manner. Your expertise in menu planning, food safety, and staff management will play a critical role in driving our culinary success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement menus that showcase our chef's creativity and flair while meeting customer demands.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed customer expectations.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of managing kitchen teams, maintaining high food quality, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field, with certifications in food safety and handling a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
