About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Specialist to join our team at CIBC. As a key member of our Personal and Business Banking team, you will be responsible for building and growing your client base by providing exceptional relationship management, financial support, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition and Retention
    • Develop and implement a sales strategy to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
    • Provide personalized financial planning and advice to clients to meet their current and long-term needs
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial goals are met
  • Business Development
    • Understand the local market and client needs to create a sales plan that converts leads into new CIBC clients
    • Utilize strong relationship-building and networking skills to identify new business opportunities and drive results
    • Leverage CIBC's comprehensive suite of credit and investment solutions to deliver a client-centric approach that drives loyalty and referrals
  • Community Engagement
