About the Opportunity

The incumbent provides high-level administrative support to the Site Manager at a major healthcare facility. The incumbent functions as a primary point of contact for the Manager, responding to general information requests related to the site and above programs or referring calls to others as appropriate. Provides confidential administrative services with high-quality organizational and communication skills to assist and support the Manager in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the office on a daily basis.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A graduate degree in office administration, business administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of three years of administrative experience in a healthcare or related setting
  • Advanced working knowledge of computers, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and database programs
  • A high degree of initiative, diligence, attention to detail, and self-discipline/focus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to respectfully work with a variety of inter-professional team members
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, prioritizing, and organizational skills
