Job Title: Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at MacLeod's Plumbing and Heating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including record-keeping, security, finance, and human resources
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
  • Organize and maintain inventory, supervise office and volunteer staff, and prepare payroll
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail, accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, values and ethics, and time management
  • Ability to multitask and work in a large workload environment
