We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at MacLeod's Plumbing and Heating Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including record-keeping and data administration
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees, and plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise office and volunteer staff
  • Prepare payroll, and perform office management tasks
Requirements
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work as a team player
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and perform data administration tasks
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
