The successful candidate will have a post-secondary degree or related work experience, with bilingualism (French/English) being a strong asset. Proven experience in customer service, the insurance/financial services industry, and Microsoft programs is required. Knowledge of back office systems and ability to work under tight deadlines is also essential.
